Richard D. Winkler, CPA
Vice President

Richard Winkler is a CPA and shareholder of the firm with over twenty-five years experience. Mr. Winkler conducts and supervises audits, reviews and compilations for a varied client base, with an emphasis on tax planning and consulting.

Mr. Winkler's extensive experience in health care, primarily for hospital based physicians includes analysis of billing systems and methods to maximize allowable reimbursement. He also counsels on buy-sell agreements, contract negotiations and equipment acquisition decisions as well as real estate and property management.

Mr. Winkler provides management advisory services such as computer consulting, network management, financing (loan packages), cash management and accounting system design.

Mr. Winkler also possesses extensive knowledge and experience in administrative and human resource management.
